  and Norway. In Finland the album is available as a digital
  download (including the booklet as a pdf-file) at NetAnttila.
  
  Karma Killer will be released in Japan and Denmark
  on May 21st, and in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and
  Kazakhstan on May 26th
